Full price of goods and services

Detailed information about the full price and its components is available on our internet page, all through the ordering process and as a summary in your shopping basket. All prices include taxes and charges. The delivery and shipping costs will be clearly specified before you place our final order. There are no other costs than those stated on your order, especially costs from third parties. For more detailed information, please look into our GCS.


Payment, delivery and service conditions

You may pay using the payment methods indicated in our online shop (credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Card Bleue), Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, Invoice).

We deliver exclusively with DHL standard delivery. In some cases, you will be able to choose another shipment method troughout the ordering process (f.i. express delivery).

The delivery in Germay period is of about 3-5 days. Out of Germany up to 10 days.
We do not have a specific claim handling system. You may state your claims through the normal contact channels – we will take immediately care of your issues and try to solve them as quickly and uncomplicatedly as possible.

Should special services or warranties apply in special cases, we will inform you separately and fully about the correspondent terms in direct relation with the concerned goods or services.

Date and detailed circumstances of contract closing

The information, prices and descriptions of the goods on our website are not a binding offer to a contract closing. The closing offer comes into being with your binding order. The contract is only considered closed after our express confirmation of your order. Your order will be accepted within two days. The acceptance will be mailed to your email address.
We will forward your offer according to the preamble of our GCS (read to learn more) firstly to our retail network. Should none of our retailers have the goods ready for delivery, we will deliver it ourselves. Due to this, the confirmation of order may take more time as it is usual when shopping online. As soon as we know, who will deliver your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Technical steps, which lead to contract closing

You may find all information regarding the particular technical steps, which lead to contract closing between us and the client in our GCS. You may follow those, step by step, during the ordering procedure in our web shop.

Saving of contract contents and disclosure of such text to the client

We save the contract contents for our own purposes. If you have registered with us when placing the order, you may also consult the contract in your account history after logging in with your user name and password. This is a cost free additional service, which can be cancelled by us at any time.
In addition, we will send you a confirmation of order per email with the contract contents. It is your responsibility to save or print the confirmation, in order to possess a permanent copy of the contract. 

Our valid GCS at the time of the order are additionally part of the contract . Those can be printed or saved at any time from our web shop.

You have no right of permanent consultation of the contract even after contract closing.

Detecting and correcting input errors

Once you have entered your client data, you must press the confirmation button to be directed to the next page. There you find an overview of the ordered goods / the order placed together with the correspondent costs and your data. You have now the concrete possibility of checking and altering your order and your data. The binding offer will only be firm when you confirm your offer (= by clicking the correspondent button). Therefore, you have the possibility of detecting and correcting input data.
