If something does not fit, you do not like it or it should be damaged, you have the option of returning these items to us within 14 days of delivery. We ask for your understanding that we can not provide a refund for damages that are attributable to you. This means that the goods must be in a condition which corresponds to normal use for testing the goods (as in a fitting in the shop).
In addition, the goods must still be provided with all original labels. Returns that are obviously used (wear, dirt and traces of use) and therefore can no longer be put up for sale will not be accepted by us. These products will be returned to you and billed.
Unfortunately returns can not be offered free of charge and must be sufficiently franked by the buyer.
We will send you a cancellation confirmation by e-mail as soon as your return has arrived. Subsequently, the chargeback or return of the invoice amount to your selected means of payment. The transaction usually takes place within three weeks.
ATTENTION: UNFREE PACKAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
For your exchange request, please complete the enclosed return slip.
For damaged goods, we can not afford a discount, but take these back. Please send it back to us free of charge, as described above. An exchange of goods purchased online in local trade is excluded.
