Shipment of goods will take place on the following day. Should the first postal address verification be unsuccessful, delivery may be delayed by a day.
 
Deliveries within Germany with our logistic partner DPD or DHL are cost free. Delivery time: 2-3 days. Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday. For returns within Germany, please use exclusively the return voucher enclosed in the package.
 
Returns from abroad are not free. You must stamp your package accordingly. 
 
When ordering you may enter in addition to the billing-address an alternative delivery address or a DHL packing station. Please be aware that the country of destination of the delivery address may not differ from the billing address.  Please note that the payment modality "purchase on account" is only available when billing and delivery address are the same.
 
Should the transporter not be able to deliver the package, you will receive a delivery notice with which you may collect your package within seven days from the correspondent delivery office. Please note that you will have to exhibit a valid ID. In alternative, you may fill up the delivery note asking for a new delivery date or allow your neighbour to receive the package. You may also indicate a new delivery address.

GUIDELINES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The buyer pays for shipment and return costs. In case of import into a non-EU-country, duties and taxes usually accrue. The costums clearance is of the responsibility of the buyer. Before you place the order, please get informed about all duties, taxes and regulations, which apply in your country. Should you return the goods, the duties paid will only be refunded upon exhibition of the return document.
 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties will accrue as soon as the package enters your country. All clearing costs are of your responsibility. We have no influence on such duties and are not able to predict their amount. Customs regulations strongly vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
The value of the delivery stated in the customs forms for packages destined to non-EU-countries details the type of article. We reserve the right to state this data to the customs in order to simplify the processing for our clients or due to legal requirements. The customs may open packages for controlling purposes. We do not have any influence on that.
 

GUIDELINES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

The customs of some countries demand a special proof of identification before goods are cleared. As an importer or addressee of the package, you may have to provide an ID such as a national ID or a tax number.
 

DATA SECURITY

PETER KAISER takes data security very seriously. It is important that you are aware how we handle the information concerning your orders. Please note that customs can open and examine international deliveries. Additionally, it may be necessary that we disclose information about the order, the shipment or the product to our international logistic partner, in order to process the customs clearance and comply with all legal requirements.
 

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

The rulings above also apply to replacement of goods shipped at our discretion should the first delivery not be flawless. When returning an item, you become the exporter in your country.  All legal rights and the risk of loss are not transferred to us unless the goods arrive at our logistic centres. In the case of replacement of goods, you should inquire at the competent customs about the possibility of the reduction of the import duties.
